Dr Emily Trimmer
BPsych (Hons), MPsych (Clinical), PhD, MACPA
Emily is a registered Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience. She completed a PhD at the University of New South Wales in 2017 and worked as a post-doctoral researcher at UNSW developing an online support program for individuals caring for a family member with a brain injury alongside Samantha Grant.
Emily currently works across two areas of practice: Psychometric Assessments and Paediatric Brain Injury Rehabilitation.
Emily works at two practices in the Inner West where she assesses children for a range of developmental and educational concerns, including:
- Cognitive Assessments
- Educational Assessments
- Assessment for Giftedness
- ADHD Assessments
- Autism Assessments
- Assessments for Learning Disorders (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia)
Emily also provides psychological and behavioural rehabilitation following brain injury in children.
